Club Las Calas is built to a relatively high density, with apartment blocks that are generally two storeys high.
There are five different types of apartment at Club Las Calas:
- Studio;
- One bedroom;
- Duplex;
- Two bedroom;
- Penthouse;
With the exception of the 16 “duplex” units, individual apartments occupy a single floor. The duplex apartments are arranged on two floors, each having a twin bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and, on the upper floor, a kitchen/lounge/diner with a large, private sun terrace. Each downstairs apartment has its own patio, while upstairs apartments have individual balconies. Patios and balconies are provided with appropriate outdoor furniture.
In 1999/2000 all 147 apartments at the resort were completely refurbished to a very high standard. Each has a full range of modern amenities, including:
- Separate bathroom, with bath, shower, wash-basin, WC and bidet;
- Fully fitted designer kitchen/diner;
- Designer bedrooms, all with twin beds;
- Comfortable bed/sitting rooms, each with a sofa bed [double/twin];
- Satellite TV;
- Ceiling fans in all main rooms.

Between October 2007 and July 2008, all Apartments at Club Las Calas will be upgraded to new standards of luxury and comfort. The "Apartment Refresh Programme" is introducing new furniture and décor, including new sofa-beds and armchairs, large flat-screen televisions and DVD players. The photographs on the website will be updated once all Apartments have been upgraded but, just as a sample, photographs of the new décor are shown below.
